This 2-day highly interactive workshop demonstrates how Lean Kanban helps teams, leaders and managers deliver quality services, faster, more reliably, and with better predictability.
Whether you're currently using Scrum, Waterfall or another framework or method, this highly interactive and engaging course will help you learn how to put into practice the Kanban Method for dealing with the challenges of overburdening, delays, bottlenecks, poor quality, disruption through unplanned work and emergencies, unhappy customers, and more.
You will be guided by your LKU Accredited Kanban Trainer James Enock through the fundamentals of Lean Kanban and how you can apply Lean Kanban Method within your organisation to visualise your demand, your workflow, and your flow efficiency. You will learn techniques to help you create better reliability and predictability though the following learning objectives:
Kanban, its roots, the principles and the practices
Visualising work and identifying issues and dysfunctions that prevent flow
Balancing capacity and demand
Dealing with changing priorities
Dealing with interruptions and multi-tasking
Using metrics and charts to improve process and delivery
Identifying Classes of Services and defining Service Level Agreements
