This gentle and active workshop will focus on our attunement to nature, natural materials and the changing seasonal cycles, looking at how the movements in nature can connect to our own levels of energy and need for self-care.  Designed to inspire you to build a more ecological approach to your personal and professional life, this workshop will introduce you to the themes, symbolism and mythology of trees within the Celtic Calendar; deepening awareness of our connection with nature as the seasons unfold.
