Harefield Hospital has been gifted 400 trees by the Woodland Trust to be planted in the hospital’s grounds.
Planting all 400 by ourselves would be quite the task, so we’d love staff and patients to get involved by planting a tree and becoming a Green Champion.
Between 23-27th November, Staff and inpatients will have the opportunity to plant a tree during a one-hour slot between 10am-4pm. Social distancing and Covid-19 measures will be followed. With your help, we can help make the hospital a greener and more sustainable place. For more information, please contact Rosie Watters on: r ! watters | rbht ! nhs ! uk.
Not an inpatient or member of staff? If you are interested in helping with the gardening projects happening at Harefield, become a Green Champion and help to maintain the new gardens at Harefield Hospital after the new year: https://www.rbht.nhs.uk/arts/volunteer-arts-team
We will also have monthly online gardening workshops until after the new year. Email us arts | rbht ! nhs ! uk to find out more.
