I'm so happy to announce that I'm starting the transition to some sort of "normality" as we shift away from the deadly screens and move towards a more therapeutic lifestyle of practicing in the park.
Every Thursday starting the beginning of July - 12 noon.
Hyde Park - Marble Arch entrance, meet at speakers corner.
What is my teaching style?
My flows are very creative, I believe that because the human body is made up of 60% water, theres no reason why we shouldn't be able to move like water! I offer various opportunities for you to explore your own body and to create the practice so it becomes your own. Having trained in Sanskrit I really honour the traditions of Yoga and the origins, expect lots of Sanskrit and some chanting.
The classes are suitable for all, regardless of your level of ability and your gender. At the end of the day its just Yoga! So lets release our inner child and have some fun!
What happens if it rains?
I'm a huge lover of nature and the outdoors - we practice outside whatever the weather and DANCE IN THE RAIN! Of Course if its too extreme then the session will be cancelled and full refund will be provided.
BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL! Due to COVID and government guidelines, classes are capped at a max of 6 students.
Please bring your own mat.
