The evening starts with short warmup to get everyone feeling connected and welcomed. This is followed by a short group discussion around a particular aspect of the wheel which changes each month.
The main part of the evening is the somatic practising where there are led exercises and space for open practice. At the end of the evening we come together again to talk about our experiences and any aha moments. Afterwards there is option to share food together in a local restaurant.

Who is this for?
This is aimed at people who already have some experience of the Wheel Of Consent. You may have attended a 1 or 2 day Wheel workshop or played the 3 minute game. If you are completely new to the wheel, we recommend you going on a one day or two day Wheel Of Consent workshop before attending (see Togetherness.com for upcoming WoC workshops).
About the facilitator
These sessions are led by Adam Wilder, founder of the Togetherness movement. Adam is passionate about personal sovereignty and the use of the wheel as an embodied tool kit for understanding ourselves better. He has been working with the wheel for 4 years and is currently undergoing certification as a wheel of consent teacher through the School of Consent.
