“Sharpen the Saw means preserving and enhancing the greatest asset you have - you.” Stephen Covey

RD1st is delighted to bring Sharpen the Saw, RD1st Advanced Workshop, back to London this summer.

This highly creative and intensive three day programme is a unique and intensive opportunity for RD1st alumni coaches seeking to grow their skillset, deepen their understanding of their own style and build confidence in their coaching practice.

The workshop draws from a range of methods and approaches to form a rigourous learning programme. We will invite you to bring your questions, needs and challenges into the room and, together with your peers, you'll have the opportunity to share your own experience and knowledge.

EARLY BIRD OFFER - book before 10 May and receive a £50 discount, just use the discount code EARLYBIRD when you book your place.

What can I expect?

The three day programme will be both experiential – space to reflect, stretch, question, challenge – and tangible, offering new skills, tools and models for your unique coaching tool box.A deeper confidence in who, and how, you are as a coach.

A clearer understanding of the relational and systemic aspects of your work with our coachees/clients.

Experiential learning - space to reflect, stretch and challenge your thinking and understanding.

Tangible learning - new skills, tools and models for your unique coaching tool box.

The course is accompanied by a manual with space for your own notes.

Here's what participants have said:

‘A Whetstone like no other - don’t worry about your level of practice, if you bring your experience you’ll be enriched’

‘If you want to become the coach you know you are...make this programme your priority’

‘Energising, practical, reflective, brilliant for building resilience and confidence. Also growth as a trainer, as well as a coach.’
