On 20 July 1969 humans landed on the moon for the very first time. 50 years later, our focus is now on Mars and beyond. What have we learned from over 50 years of space exploration? What do we still need to overcome? Join us for a space themed day to explore these questions and more. Demos and activities will run either side of the lecture. Lecture time TBC.

Discounted tickets are available to Members of the Ri. Find out more about how to join our community.

The doors will open at 12.00pm.

By booking to attend events at the Royal Institution, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Ri's event terms and conditions.
