A hands-on practical workshop that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to bake many different varieties of sourdough bread, including loaves made of ancient grains, flavored loaves, and more.

The price of the workshop includes:

A loaf of sourdough bread that you will have baked yourself

A cotton bread bag tostore your bread at home

A jar of mature sourdough starter to make sourdough recipes at home forever

Some excellent quality flour to continue feeding your starter

A comprehensive booklet with all course learniings and troubleshooting guides

2 months of online support upon completion of the workshop

Taught by myself, an experienced home sourdough baker, you will learn how to:

Manipulate the bread to suit your own preferences in terms of flavour and nutrition

Adjust your favourite recipes to a healthier sourdough version

Look after your starter and understand how to make sure it gives  you great tasting bread with a good rise

Include sourdough baking into a busy schedule

The aim of this workshop is not to teach one recipe, rather it is to gain an understanding of how sourdough works and learn a base recipe that can be adjusted to suit your own needs.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Minimum age is 16 years. There will be usage of ovens.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The venue is easily accessible via public transport, situated 10 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central Station, along with many bus routes even closer to the venue.

Parking is extremely limited at the venue, but there is a paid car park situated at The Mall, at Walthamstow Central alongside the station.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds can be given if the cancellation has been given 4 weeks prior to the workshop. If you need to cancel after this date, then we can transfer your place to a future workshop date.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?


Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. If you are unable to attend, you can pass the ticket onto somebody else to replace you as long as you let us know (email support | TrueSourdough ! com). Alternatively, you can keep hold of your ticket and attend a workshop at a later date. 

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Please let us know in advance if somebody else will be attending instead of you.
