Join Rebecca Bradley and Sophie Gordon for a summer inspired Yoga Brunch. An energising flow followed by a fresh + vibrant summer spread.

What better way to spend a sunny (hopefully), fresh Sunday morning than to come and celebrate the season with us. We will be hosting an uplifting and energising yoga brunch, helping you transition into the warmer months, shedding those winter blues. The event will be held at the well known Foodism UK studio in Clapham.

You will be greeted by a refreshing welcome drink, to which Rebecca will then guide you through a playful 75 minute yoga practice. The class will focus on finding space and lightness through an energestic mandala, activiting anahata chakra, your heart centre. Sophie will then serve a wholesome, seasonal, vegan two course brunch. The event is also BYOB - bring your own booze (totally optional), so if you fancy popping a bottle post yoga, mid brunch, feel free to bring your own.

Spaces are limited so please book in your place asap!

* 10:30 arrival, for a 11am start.

Note - for any allergies/injuries, please email over to info | sophgordon ! com or add a comment when purchasing a ticket.

Mats + other props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

About Rebecca:

Rebecca moved to London to pursue a career in Acting and Performance, here she tried her first yoga class and very quickly became hooked. She found herself growing stronger physically and mentally, and soon realised the many benefits of her yoga practice on the mat were flowing into her life off the mat. Yoga has helped Rebecca in so many ways, she’s a firm believer that the practice simply has a magical way of making you happier, and wishes to spread that joy through her classes.

Rebecca travelled to the Greek island of Santorini to do her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Ashtanga and since then has completed 100 hours in Mandala Vinyasa, 50 hours in Rocket, and 50 hours in Yin with The Yoga People.

Her classes are playful and dynamic with strong emphasis on moving creatively to find freedom and space in the body, mind and soul.

About Soph:

Soph’s passion for cooking started at a young age. Growing up was spent cooking simple meals at home with her family. She spends a lot of her spare time sourcing seasonal and fresh produce in local farmer's markets, creating vibrant plant based dishes for herself, family and friends. Inspired by her travels to Australia and Indonesia Soph’s core aim is to create vibrant dishes with seasonal produce, being mindful of her food waste along the way and of course making sure that anyone and everyone enjoys the food she creates. Being a yogi herself, her passion for the yogic and auyverdic food philosophy has made it’s way into her foodie creations and collaborations.
