Our London Field’s space has had a makeover! Our second space opened almost 3 years ago this year, and we have upgraded the space to feature a fancy new shower and more importantly, a dedicated Wellness Studio, that can be used for private yoga or pilates classes or even massages! To celebrate the launch of the Studio, we are opening our doors to the local community!

Fancy a free meditation class or yoga session? Or could you be persuaded to join our WL Hackney Half Running Group? Visit our space during our relaunch week 'Fields Fest' and attend exciting events that will focus on Physical and Mental wellbeing, including a series of talks, panel discussions and workshops that will put self-love into the spotlight.



5:30pm – 7pm

WL Hackney Half Running Group + Yoga for runners with Woomly Coaching

Want to run the Hackney Half Marathon? Need a bit of moral support and coaching? Join a like-minded group of runners at the Work.Life Hackney Half Running Group for a guided running session, with our in-house coach – Woomly - followed by a yoga session designed especially for runners.



8:30am – 9:30am

Meditation Class with Jos Goossen

It is a classic line in meditation: 'What you are looking for, is what you are looking with.' Happiness, health, a sense of purpose and direction — it all starts within. Jos invites you to turn inwards for a moment, with a 3-step meditation technique from ancient China. It's simple, easy to remember and super effective.

12:30pm – 1:30pm

Yoga Class with Woomly Coaching

Join us for a free lunchtime yoga session with Jimena Tacson, founder of Woomly.  Jimena has been coaching, running workshops, trainings and courses for more than 8 years. She founded Woomly in 2013 with the vision of using her feminine energy, her spiritual and physical experiences to transform lives, and to help individuals connect mind, body and soul to their inner wisdom worldwide.

Work Happy: Physical Health and Wellbeing in the workplace

Work Happy is our debut event series geared towards opening up the discussion on happiness in the workplace, delving into the influencers and educating others on what they can be doing to improve theirs. In March, we will be focusing on Physical health and wellbeing. What can employers be doing to improve their employee's physical wellbeing? What are the challenges employers face, and how do you overcome them? Join us on this special evening of collaborative enquiry with some physical wellbeing experts.

12:30pm -1:30pm 

The Gut/Brain/Health Connection: Why Looking After Your Digestive System Is So Important To You with Katie Ruase 

Have you read about the bacteria in your digestive system and the impact it has on your health in the press recently?  Wonder why people talk about the gut/brain connection?  If you have answered yes to any of these questions, or want to know more, come along to this workshop by Katie Ruane, a science degree qualified Naturopath to get answers to these questions.  Katie will explain what is happening in your digestive system and why the digestive system is responsible for so much of our health. 

5:30 – 6:30pm

Dance in The Dark with Firm Feet

Firm Feet’s Dance in the dark sessions can be a part of your regular meditation, dance or bodywork practice. There is nothing to learn or follow, it is simply a space to dance. You are invited to move in your own space, barefoot, with closed or with lowered eyes. In darkness, there is no visual stimulation, which allows us to drop deeper into meditation, finding our natural rhythm, calming and letting go of the mind.

Beating distracted eating: A journey from mindless to mindful eating with Dr. Heather Mckee (Behaviour Change Specialist) 

During this workshop you will learn about the detrimental effects of distracted eating, how your environment influences what you eat, but also how to create strategies to tackle unhelpful eating behaviours and ultimately get more pleasure from your food. The facilitator, Dr Heather McKee is the UK’s leading lifestyle behaviour change specialist, habit coach, lecturer, speaker, business consultant and founder of 



2pm – 4pm Workshop

Creativity, Manifestation & Self-Love with Woomly Coaching

Take the opportunity to manifest the life you truly love by joining our next immersion-based experience workshop, fusing multiple philosophies to inspire you. Jimena Tascon founder of @woomly will be facilitating this workshop. She is an experienced wellness & creativity coach, a yoga instructor, mindfulness teacher and influencer.
