Saturday, June 2 ●  10 am–4 pm Garden Tours  ●  4–6 pm Garden Party hosted by Hidden Lane Residential Landscapes
Combining two of the joys of life, gardens and music, The Reston Chorale presents an exclusive tour of notable residential gardens in Reston neighborhoods followed by a garden party at the end of the day.
Rain or shine, the tour is on!   Bring an umbrella, wear appropriate footwear and enjoy the extra vibrancy of color that the rain brings.

Online for $25 (plus Eventbrite fees).  Online purchasers will receive an email containing their printable ticket(s) and garden locations.  Online purchasers will receive the tour program with map & more at the first garden stop of their choice.

In person at the gardens and various Reston locations including Mayflowers at Reston Town Center; Long and Foster, 2100 Reston Parkway and Chesapeake Chocolates, Wine, Gifts & More at Lake Anne.  Tickets are $25, cash or check made out to The Reston Chorale.  In-person purchasers will receive the tour program with map and more--their ticket for the day.

All ticket holders may start the tour at any location and attend the Hidden Lane Garden Party from 4 to 6 pm.
The 2018 Gardens of Note locations include::

Bitzer garden in the South Lakes neighborhood (2020 Peppermint Court, Reston, VA 20191), designed by its owner, encircling the home with enviable views.

Gohn garden in Hunters Woods (2401 Old Trace Lane, Reston, VA 2019) with swaths of shrubs and perennials and new plantings of native varieties in an established, treed landscape.

Guilfoyle garden in Uplands (10904 Hunt Club Lane, Reston, VA 20190), filled with the owner’s well-chosen plantings, seating, and garden art, that has been a magnet for friends, family, and neighbors over the years.

Mansfield garden in Hunters Woods (11415 Running Cedar Road, Reston, VA 20191), with hardscapes and plantings newly installed in 2017, complementing a woodland backdrop.

Due to a family emergency, the Rhoads garden in North Point will not be open for touring.  It has been postponed to Gardens of Note 2019.
Following the Gardens of Note tour we invite ticket holders to join us for the Hidden Lane Garden Party, from 4 to 6 pm at Hidden Lane Residential Landscapes (12539 Lawyers Rd, Herndon, VA 20171).  Enjoy performances by members of The Reston Chorale, light refreshments, guided property tours, insights from landscape designers, prizes and sales of the Perennial of the Year, Allium Millennial, with all proceeds donated directly to The Reston Chorale.

Gardens of Note, in cooperation with Hidden Lane Residential Landscapes, is a charitable event benefitting The Reston Chorale, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Proceeds from all sponsorships and sales of tickets and Allium Millennial plants support The Reston Chorale.  For more information about The Reston Chorale--including upcoming events, concerts and audition information--please visit
